About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team in Springfield, MA. As a Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop highly personalized experiences for our customers and demonstrate accountability, agility, inclusivity, and a strong business acumen. You will be responsible for building rapport with each customer, asking probing questions, and understanding how to create a best-in-class experience and resolve customer requests on first contact.
