Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to both customers and blithequark personnel, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive.
- Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through blithequark's escalation process.
- Partner with and provide administrative support to blithequark's Sales Department, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients. These include:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Essential skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Computer skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS, and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
