Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
• Take inbound calls, providing clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage options and simplify their health care experience.
• Offer solutions and support to resolve member inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide feedback to continuously improve our services.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Essential Qualifications:
