- Accurately document each customer call so a coworker can reference if needed on a future call, and assist coworkers by sharing knowledge, offering tips, and providing access to helpful resources.
- Show appreciation when a coworker assists you or another team member, and demonstrate a positive and supportive team player attitude.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
- 2+ years Customer Service based duties - Required
- Typing proficiency and skill to use a personal computer and multiple software packages
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- High energy, positive attitude, engaging personality, and ability to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree - Preferred
- 1+ years Call Center experience - Preferred
- 1+ years basic knowledge of mobile devices (PDA, MDA, Apple/Android products) - Preferred
- 1+ years Tier 1 Technical Support or Helpdesk - Preferred
