We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team. This role is responsible for supporting the provision and use of the Employee Assistance Program, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and connecting them with the resources and benefits they need. As a Customer Service Representative in our EAP team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision and use of the Employee Assistance Program, determining the purpose of calls by actively listening and interacting with callers, and triaging calls in a professional and timely manner. You will take inbound calls and chats from members, connect them with additional and appropriate benefits and external resources, and support them with troubleshooting and de-escalating issues as needed.
