About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in a remote call center environment, receiving and processing inbound calls from patients, providers, and other medical staff. As a key member of our team, you will execute outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical-related services, including appointment scheduling, prescription refills, facility locations, and lab results. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine to complex issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
