• Facilitate communication between Client Guarantee Specialists and the Body Shop, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Manage rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
• Prepare and deliver vehicle announcements, keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles
