We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing telephone assistance to blithequark Medicaid members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your goal will be to deliver an excellent experience to our callers every time, ensuring that they feel supported and valued. The initial training schedule will be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, for the first six weeks, followed by a production schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You must live within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ, and be able to commute to the office when necessary due to technical issues.
