The Wireless Customer Service Representative role is an integral part of our team based in the state-of-the-art Bluefield facility. As one of the first to experience our latest wireless technology, you will be at the cutting edge of innovation. Post-training, your production schedule may include a rotation of at-home and onsite work, depending on performance and business needs. As a valued member of the Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through voice and chat interactions. Your mission is to resolve customer issues, prevent future problems, and promote our services while embodying the principles of listening, connecting, and caring for our customers. Maintaining strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans is crucial to your success in this role.
To excel in this role, you must possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. An awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment are essential. While related customer service experience and/or training are a plus, they are not required for this position.
