Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License
• One year of experience in a customer-facing role, handling and resolving complex customer needs via phone
• One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
• One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
