Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our London Heathrow customer services team within our global cargo department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all touchpoints.
- Multi-Tasking & Flexibility: Perform various airport-related tasks, working flexibly across all functions, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with and take instructions from Team Leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift.
- Administrative Tasks: Conduct relevant administrative responsibilities, such as Atac, pre-flight, and post-flight departure.
- Representative of the Company: Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times, promoting and selling AA services and products to our clients.
- Education & Training: Attend and complete all mandatory training by given deadlines.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the post.

- Shift Work: Be willing and able to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Be reliable and punctual.
- Compliance: Be compliant with all AA guidelines and policies.
- Valid BAA Airside Pass: Be in possession of a valid BAA airside pass.
- GSAT Training: Be GSAT trained.
- Valid DVLA Driving License: Be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness and ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required.
- BAA Jet Bridge Permit: Be willing and able to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for candidates with the following desired qualifications and experience:
- PC Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an airport environment.
