About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work with our client, a leading healthcare technology organization based in Wauwatosa, WI, USA. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Continental US, with a preference for EST time zone. As a Customer Service Representative III, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional support to patients scheduling heart scans at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to patients, going off-script when necessary to address unique needs.
- Identify patient needs, leverage the Caption platform for scheduling appointments, and resolve complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-ups and ensuring that all issues are resolved.
- Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Memorize scripts for Caption Care services and refer to them during calls to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Build positive relationships with patients by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for call volume and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality.
- Create and maintain a record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using the call-center database to track and analyze performance.
- Leverage data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a call center or customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
