**The Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
* Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
* Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs with a positive attitude
* Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
* A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* The ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* The ability to pass a background check
