Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
- Operating the register, handling cash transactions, and managing customer purchases
- Making purchase suggestions and recommendations to customers
- Working with our food program and ensuring that customers receive excellent service
- Maintaining a high level of store appearance, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Maintaining regular and predictable onsite attendance

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
The role of Customer Service Representative requires:
- The ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Pushing and pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour in a shift
- Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
- Occasional climbing of a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
