**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems and concerns
* Maintaining detailed knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of our assigned clients
* Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments to ensure prompt resolution
* Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases, utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens
* Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
* Building a strong understanding of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, including association guidelines and compliance
* Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our 24/7 call center operation
* Being on camera during work hours, as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
* Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
* Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
* Works under close supervision, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
