Job Overview

In this remote role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails, as well as making outbound calls to support students with their federal student aid loan servicing inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will undergo comprehensive, paid training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional support to our customers. This training will be conducted remotely, and you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm ET.
