Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building successful relationships between our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make and take calls to and from customers, qualifying them prior to transferring them to a sales representative at the client. You will work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and consumer services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and take customer phone calls to qualify them for our clients' services
- Utilize scripts to guide conversations and ensure a positive customer experience
- Record information on consumer conversations using arenaflex systems
- Work with different clients and campaigns to drive success
- Provide exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Experience working with computers and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Previous call center or customer service experience (a plus, but not required)
- Military sensitivity and experience working with diverse customer groups (a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 7 am and 7 pm MST
- Residency in Texas (required)
Technical Requirements:
To ensure seamless performance, you will need:
- A Windows-based desktop or laptop PC (Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Chromebook, and Android systems are not compatible)
- Windows 10 operating system
- A minimum screen resolution of 1366x768 (a separate monitor of 19" or larger is highly recommended for laptops)
- 4 GB RAM (minimum)
- Dual Core 2 GHz CPU processor speed (minimum)
- 20 GB free disk space (minimum)
- 2 available USB ports (minimum)
- A Logitech H390 or equivalent USB headset
- A standard mouse (no touchpads)
- Anti-virus enabled (Windows Defender or Microsoft Essentials)
Internet Requirements:
To maintain a stable and secure connection, you will need:
- A home DSL, cable, or fiber connection with a wired Ethernet connection (private/public WiFi, WiMax, satellite, dial-up, cellular, and/or hotspots are not compatible)
- A consistent download and upload speed of 5mb (more depending on household usage) and latency less than 300
- A modern smartphone for two-factor authentication
