About the Role: Customer Service Representative

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative in a fully remote capacity, making a tangible impact on the lives of Health Mart Atlas members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your hours of work will be 10am-7pm (CT), and you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion, empathy, and professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 3+ years of related experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $17.63 - $29.38 per hour. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
