About the Role: Customer Service Representative

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative in a fully remote capacity, making a tangible impact on the lives of Health Mart Atlas members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your hours of work will be 10am-7pm (CT), and you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Utilize internal systems to research and resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our value proposition is clearly communicated to members.
• Provide excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Address Managed Care needs, including adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 3+ years of related experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent time management and follow-up skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a health care setting.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of health care operations, including Managed Care and pharmacy operations.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
• Certifications or training in customer service, health care, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $17.63 - $29.38 per hour. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
