Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Simultaneously answer calls and type information into our computer system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
- Maintain web camera visibility during work hours, as required.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with members, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Meet productivity and performance standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications.
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Call center experience in the healthcare industry.
- Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute.
- Experience with healthcare software and systems.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
