- Technical Skills: Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, using a high-speed internet connection and a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
Requirements:
- Technical Requirements: High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite), a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone, and a quiet, secured workspace.
- Education and Experience: 18+ years old, high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Professional, positive attitude, courteous telephone etiquette, experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, and ability to thrive in a highly structured environment.
- Availability: Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Must live in Mississippi to apply for this requisition.
