**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
* Product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience, with proficiency in using software applications and tools
* High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps) for seamless remote work
