**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

**Requirements**
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to pass a background check and meet arenaflex's technical requirements (headset, dual monitor, high-speed internet)
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment
* Ability to commit to working for arenaflex for at least 90-120 days without any planned time off
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (will be required to take a language assessment)
* Experience working in a remote customer service environment
* Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
* Certification in customer service or a related field
