Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
