Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service to our clients' members
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers on products and services as applicable
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Demonstrate dependability and meet all attendance requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefits in decision-making, ensuring fair and informed resolutions
- Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Embrace changes within the current business environment, adapting to new processes and technologies as needed
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A dedicated area to work from in your home, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment
- Internet speed requirements of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wireless access is not permitted)
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service, with a strong focus on treating and caring for customers
