Position Scope
The Customer Service Representative role at Mammoth Tech is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, providing timely and friendly responses to their inquiries.
- Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance targets.
- Record detailed notes of customer interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer communication.
- Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide seamless support and ensure the highest standards of customer service are met.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to stay connected with colleagues and clients.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Work a customer service schedule based on high-volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry, ensuring that customer needs are met during peak periods.
- Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively to meet performance targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Clear and articulate telephone voice, with minimal background noise or distractions.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, demonstrating strong time management and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliable individual with a strong work ethic, consistently delivering excellent work performance.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system, with the ability to navigate complex technical systems.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, data entry, and word processing.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to maintaining the reputation of Mammoth Tech and its clients.
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification/Education and Experience
- Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Strong customer service skills, with 1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity.
- High School diploma or GED required, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid government-issued ID.
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse, with a reliable internet connection.
- This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
