**The Role**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the food service industry
