We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Mission Operations (CMO) team, you will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, taking appropriate actions, and escalating issues when necessary. You will also provide quotes, process sales orders, document complaints, and address service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries.

The hourly range for this role is $24.50-$25.70, and you will also be eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
