**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing the performance of our Customer Service Representatives to drive team growth and productivity
* Providing support and training to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Assisting with complex order management and resolving escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Monitoring customer feedback across various platforms and maintaining compliance with company policies
* Fostering and contributing to arenaflex's betterment culture, promoting learning and skill growth among our team members
* Collaborating with our Customer Experience Manager to ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments
* Handling administrative duties, including attendance and other related tasks
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong background in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Supervisory experience, although not required, is highly preferred
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work well within a teamwork-based environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a reliable internet connection
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience working in the food industry or retail
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Familiarity with digital print services and industry trends
