Job Responsibilities

- Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Resolving routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution to provide personalized support
- Providing additional customer education and information as needed to enhance their experience and knowledge of our products and services
- Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services to drive business growth
- Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to ensure quality and compliance
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
- Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance and data integrity
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred
- Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is a significant plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent ability to listen and respond to customer needs
- A courteous and customer-centric approach, with a strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable, but not required
