Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing product education and handling a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. You'll act as a liaison between Blithequark, our customer base, and patients, resolving routine customer requests and providing additional customer education and information as needed.

Work Schedule and Location

The planned work schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone). During the initial training period of up to three months, the schedule would be Monday - Friday.
