About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To excel as a Customer Success Architect at blithequark, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or professional services, with a proven track record of success.
- A strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, log analytics, infrastructure observability, or SIEM platforms, with the ability to dive deep into technical details.
- Experience in managing Linux servers in production environments, including scripting and automation.
