Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time temporary basis, working remotely from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. You will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Key Responsibilities

• Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
• Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive customer loyalty.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brand, our customers, and our products, with the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to our customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications
