We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer to develop and lead the ongoing technical relationship with our customers, providing strategic guidance, understanding their business and challenges, and delivering solutions, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the blithequark platform. This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer-facing skills, and you will be working closely with our customers to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
As a Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering thought leadership and support for the best customer experience, accelerating adoption and expansion of the blithequark platform within our install base, and providing customer support at times outside of normal business hours. You will also learn our customers' business and challenges and develop best-of-breed solutions to address them, creating added value for the customer as a trusted advisor.
