About the Role

Our Customer Success Managers play a critical role in ensuring our top customers achieve their objectives by understanding their unique challenges, advising on customization of our IoT platform, and becoming their long-term partners. This role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, providing a unique opportunity to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Specifically, this position focuses on Public Sector customers in the US, requiring a deep understanding of their operations and the ability to tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
