About the Role: Customer Support Agent at blithequark
As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to navigate our products and services, ultimately enhancing their hearing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the achievement of key customer service performance indicators (KPIs) such as call time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining the quality of service.
- Provide valuable feedback to the team regarding recurring customer issues, helping to improve our service and product offerings.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, acting as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Share knowledge and offer in-depth advice on hearing loss, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in call center customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- A self-starter spirit with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to multitask.
- A team player attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge or experience in the hearing care industry, although not necessary, is highly desirable.
