This is a unique opportunity to work as a contractor in a remote setting, providing 24/7 customer support to our clients across the globe. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be working irregular hours, including night shifts, to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. The selected candidate will be expected to work 40 hours a week, with shifts scheduled between 15:30-24:00 CET, from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with some flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
