* Providing timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels, including Zendesk, email, chat, and Telegram (if necessary)
* Conducting regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards
* Collaborating with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance
* Assisting in documenting support processes and best practices
* Contributing to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback
**Key Responsibilities Breakdown:**
* **Customer Support:** Provide exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to their queries and concerns.
* **QA Reviews:** Conduct regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards.

**Requirements:**
