Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have
- Work from the comfort of your own home, using your excellent communication skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with other teams, including production control room staff, remote production teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless delivery of content
- Demonstrate proficient skills in the use of all broadcast equipment and technology, including server-based recording and playback, non-linear editing systems, and content management systems
- Validate video and audio quality during live and recorded programming, setting up standards for incoming feeds, and clipping/editing content for production and programming
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical TV production experience at the large market or network level
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, efficiency, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Active background in a live production environment, internship, or similar educational experience
- Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems, such as Quantel
- Understanding of format changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
- Experience working with closed captioning systems and related workflows
