About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Learn all about the blithequark product suite and automotive industry to provide expert support to our shops
- Use a relationship-based approach to deliver best-in-class service to our shops, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather shop information, access and fulfill shop needs, educate shops where applicable, and document interactions through contact tracking
- Respond to shop complaints and service-related inquiries professionally and compassionately, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Management team to successfully address escalated shop concerns and develop innovative solutions
- Effectively manage workload, maintain assigned schedule, and attendance standards, ensuring seamless support to our shops
- Professionally handle incoming requests from shops, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Utilize tools and resources to make informed recommendations to shops, driving process improvements and enhancing the overall shop experience
- Maintain a balance between company policy and shop benefit in decision-making, ensuring win-win solutions
- Analyze and report trends from shop feedback, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving positive change
- Ensure all business-related items are successfully and professionally communicated, both internally and externally, to maintain transparency and trust
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of customer support experience in a high-volume call center environment, supporting clients by phone, email, and chat
- A clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style, with the ability to adapt to different shop needs and preferences
- A passion for creative problem-solving and experiencing new and different challenges every day, with a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
- Self-directed learning and high motivation, with a desire to continuously improve and develop your skills and knowledge
