Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at Walgreens, you will be responsible for resolving clinical correspondences raised from stores, settling patient complaints, and overseeing stage one and stage two of the Means approach for raised clinical quality issues. You will also develop and maintain relationships with existing hospital systems, ensure execution of Mark Drug Store Wellbeing and Health programs, and collaborate with Region Supervisors to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Business Execution and Management

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Chief Retail and Drug store Activities to review region healthcare financials and KPIs, create action plans, and direct business estimating and analysis for business planning meetings. You will also partner with the Chief Retail and Drug store Tasks to develop pharmacy improvement plans and consider Area Directors responsible for execution of plans.

Business Planning and Strategy

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide input to the Chief Drug store and Retail Procedure on essential needs to inform locale plans. You will also give feedback to DPR on healthcare financials and KPIs to inform action plans.

People and Performance Management

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will own, develop, and manage relationships with local schools, universities, and professional associations. You will also possess the drug store chief ability methodology and pipeline, setting the recruitment process, identifying and instructing high potential drug store directors, and managing Execution Improvement Plans for Drug specialists.
