This is a full-time remote role (call center) that operates from Monday to Friday, 8AM-4:30 PM EST. As a Customer Support Specialist for Medical Record Processing, you will be comfortable working in a high-volume production environment and will be responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status. You will also document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
