Job Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the Worldwide Arrangement Methodology and Projects (GDSP) team, specifically within the Private Estimating Projects and Experiences (3PX) group. - Learn and apply the fundamentals of the Confidential Valuing System to become a subject matter expert for customer service
- Analyze customer support data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
