Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Work with members of Stage and Services teams to guide them towards better decision-making from available data
- Advance data and insights by managing communications with partners and different groups, collaborating with colleagues to complete data projects, and ensuring all parties can utilize the insights to move forward
- Maintain a customer-driven focus while being a space and product expert through data, foster trust among peers, and ensure that teams and projects have access to data to decide
- Manage ambiguous issues and adapt tools to address complex questions
- Identify trade-offs between speed and quality of various approaches
- Develop scientific methods to measure team accomplishment by collaborating with teams to establish progress metrics, create ways to track data, and analyze errors
- Operationalize data cycles to provide partners with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer web business, or in a high-speed, high-growth product or team
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
- Experience using data to create insights and drive business results
- Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining the KPI strategy for your business
- Excellent collaborative person with the ability to maintain relationships
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Operational Excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting
- Experience working with software development and operational event data
