**The Role**
As an Experienced Data Entry Compliance Processor I at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of data entry and paperwork verification related to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and other arenaflex programs. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of state and federal laws, as well as company policies. You will work independently, staying on task and motivated to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Transfer data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy.
• Audit and review all required CACFP documentation and systems for compliance compared to state and federal laws, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures.
• Submit state claims and internal reports timely, accurately, and according to all guidelines.
• Accurately enter data from state websites and internal forms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Identify and bring up compliance concerns, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
• Review menus from arenaflex's centers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
**Requirements**
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Clerical and/or office experience preferred, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping procedures.
• 10-Key proficiency preferred, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
• Ability to work independently, staying on task and motivated to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
**Nice-to-Haves**
• Experience with data entry software and systems, such as Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CACFP regulations and policies, as well as state and federal laws related to child care and adult care.
