Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Image Review Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Correctly identifying license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types from images, including prefix, suffix, and vehicle type, using TransCore provided Training Guides and other materials.
- Rejecting unidentifiable license plates using the correct disposition reasons, following business rules that may differ from project to project.
- Achieving a minimum of 600 image sets per hour while maintaining established standards of accuracy in human review.
- Monitoring image quality and application performance, providing feedback to the Supervisor on any issues encountered during work.
- Performing other duties as requested by the Image Review Supervisor and/or Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and record data from images.
- A minimum of 8,500 data entry keystrokes per hour and a typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
- Basic level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to efficiently manage and record data.
- Adherence to work schedules, with the ability to sit for long periods and maintain focus on tasks.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills.
