The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Education (SNAP-Ed) is a federally funded grant program that aims to educate people on how to maintain a healthy diet on a budget and engage in regular physical activity to reduce the risk of obesity and chronic diseases. As part of the blithequark Family Nutrition Program (FNP) team, you will play a vital role in supporting the evaluation and data reporting efforts that drive the success of this program.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our FNP Evaluation & Data team. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for working with program evaluation data and reporting data collected by FNP as programming happens around the state. Your primary focus will be on quality checking submitted evaluation tools, tracking and assigning them for processing, and entering data into a web-based reporting system (PEARS) and/or Qualtrics. You will also identify and document errors in report exports and solicit corrections to ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule and Location

The normal work schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our office is headquartered at blithequark's East Campus, but this position may be eligible for remote or hybrid remote/office work arrangements. Please note that there is an expectation to attend recurring in-person meetings, so remote work locations should be proximal to Gainesville.

Compensation and Benefits

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of clerical or customer-service experience.
