Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional results while making a positive impact on our customers and the community. **Job Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Entering customer and account data from various sources into blithequark's computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Compiling, verifying, and sorting data for processing, identifying and correcting any errors or deficiencies. * Reviewing and ensuring the output is accurate and consistent, meeting the highest standards of quality. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. **Training and Support** blithequark is committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. You will undergo a one-week training program with our supervisor, covering the following topics: * blithequark's computer system and data entry procedures * Customer service best practices and communication skills * Data accuracy and quality control * Time management and productivity techniques **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, with minimal supervision. * Reliable internet connection and a computer with basic software knowledge (training will be provided). * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a positive and professional attitude. * Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles. * Familiarity with blithequark's computer system or similar software. * Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR). * Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** blithequark is committed to the growth and development of our team members.
