As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Entering customer and account data from various sources into blithequark's computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Compiling, verifying, and sorting data for processing, identifying and correcting any errors or deficiencies.
* Reviewing and ensuring the output is accurate and consistent, meeting the highest standards of quality.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Training and Support**
blithequark is committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. You will undergo a one-week training program with our supervisor, covering the following topics:
* blithequark's computer system and data entry procedures
* Customer service best practices and communication skills
* Data accuracy and quality control
* Time management and productivity techniques
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, with minimal supervision.
* Reliable internet connection and a computer with basic software knowledge (training will be provided).
