As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a steady stream of images, demonstrating high attention to detail and efficiency.
Identifying document types based on the provided documentation, utilizing your analytical skills to categorize and process information effectively.
Reviewing and verifying data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision in your work.
Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest level of data security and integrity.
Interacting professionally with other staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Providing recommendations for process improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our operations and workflows.
Completing daily tasks and performing other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to support the team.

Hourly Pay and Schedule

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions available. While we have a preference for full-time candidates, we are open to discussing flexible scheduling options that meet your needs. Please note that a minimum of 20 hours per week is required, and shifts are available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
