Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables for branch projects and PA activities
- Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and contribute to the development of progressive enhancements in CAPAS operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve override issues, and participate in enterprise requirement determinations
- Assist in the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical review part of the member statistics transition process
- Demonstrate blithequark values, including collaboration and accountability, and drive alignment in matrixed environments
- Apply strategic thinking, validated reasoning, and sound judgment to CAPAS-associated tasks and projects, articulating risks or concerns as needed
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/opportunity identification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
- Experience using MS Access database
- Self-motivated with a strong, positive attitude, and excellent verbal communication and organizational capabilities
