About the Role
Wells Fargo is looking for a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams in strategizing, planning, and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives in education testing. As a TD - Education Test, you will be responsible for driving accountability, limiting risk exposure, and creating efficiencies while reviewing strategic approaches and the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, programs, and initiatives in education testing
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, manage risk exposure, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Review and analyze strategic approaches, support functions, and business performance to inform decision-making
- Conduct assessments and fact-finding exercises to identify complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Collaborate with Business Execution team members and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives and facilitate decision-making
- Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- A strong understanding of business operations, risk management, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide others
